Retaining an expert witness could mean the difference between winning and losing your case. Mr. Hernandez has dedicated his life to training dogs and  assessing their behavior. He is the author of "Preparing Yourself for Dog Encounters," the first book written on preventing dog bites and "How to Train Your Dog Before Your Dog Trains You," instructions that include all breeds and temperaments and uses a variety of methods suited to each dog's needs.

  • To assist the attorney in determining if the bite occurred under the applicable state law reviewing any and all documents to the case.

  • Reconstruct what occurred and articulate why it happened.

  • Assess the dog's behavior.

  • Develop questions to be asked during depositions and court.
